CRM systems
When customer details sit in spreadsheets, inboxes and personal phones, deals stall and only the person handling one knows where it stands. We build a CRM around the way your company sells: one record per customer, and every deal at a visible stage.
Before and after
For companies where more than one person works with the same customers — from a dental clinic scheduling treatments to a transport company quoting shipments.
TodayCustomer details are split across a spreadsheet, a mailbox and personal phones.
With custom softwareOne record per customer, entered once and available to everyone who needs it.
TodayThe same order is entered in one system and then again in the next.
With custom softwareEntered once where the work happens, then passed on by the system.
TodayThe status of a deal is known only to the person handling it.
With custom softwareThe stage of every deal is visible on the pipeline.
TodayPrevious agreements are buried in chat threads and email.
With custom softwareEvery call, message and change is recorded against the deal it belongs to.
What you get
Your stages, your fields and your terminology. The design defines what each record contains, who can access it and what happens when a deal moves forward — before development begins.
One record per customer
Who they are, what was agreed, the latest communication and the next step — entered once and available to everyone who needs it.
Pipeline stages that match your process
The stages your sales team already uses, named the way your team names them, so the status of a deal is checked rather than asked about.
Deal history without asking colleagues
Correspondence stays in your mailbox and the record shows that it took place, so a deal can be followed without searching several inboxes.
Connected tools instead of re-entered data
Email and existing contact lists stay in place, and the system reads from them instead of requiring the data to be entered again.

What a CRM system is
A CRM system is where a company keeps its customers and the deals it has with them, as one record the whole team works from.
Use the control to see how it works.
What it connects to
In CRM projects the usual question is how email and existing contact lists fit in. Both remain in place: the system reads from them instead of requiring the data to be entered again.
- Google Workspace and SheetsThe spreadsheets and documents your team already maintains, read and updated by the system rather than manually.
- TelegramWhere your team already communicates: requests submitted and changes announced without opening another application.
- Your existing toolsKept rather than replaced. The analysis determines which of them we connect, and which one remains the source of record for each item of data.

Have a different question?
Write to us and we reply within 24 to 48 hours, or book a 15-minute call.
Do we keep our own sales stages?
Yes. The stages are the ones your sales team actually uses, named the way your team names them — that is the reason to build rather than buy. If the analysis finds a stage without a clear owner, we point it out and you decide how to handle it.
We already use a CRM. Do you replace it or integrate with it?
Whichever the analysis shows to be more cost-effective. If your current tool does the job and the problem lies elsewhere, we integrate with it and leave it in place. If the tool itself is the obstacle, we build the new record and keep the surrounding tools.
Where do emails and phone contacts go?
They are linked to the customer they belong to. Correspondence stays in your mailbox; the system keeps a record that it took place, so the history of a deal can be followed without searching several inboxes.
What happens to the spreadsheet we use today?
It is the starting point, and we review it during the analysis. Moving its data into the system is priced separately or, on larger projects, may be included; either way, it is agreed before development begins.
When can the team start using it?
A first prototype in about a week — for a CRM, usually the pipeline with your own stages, so you can confirm them before further development. As a guide, production takes about a month.
What affects the price of a CRM?
The number of stages and fields your process requires, how many tools need to be connected, and the urgency. The price for your project is set once the analysis has defined the scope.
Who owns the customer data?
You do, and it remains portable — it can be exported or moved elsewhere at any time. The source code is handed over in full, and the repository and infrastructure accounts are transferred to you at delivery.
Will our team have to change how it works?
The system is designed around how your company operates, not the other way round — that is the purpose of the analysis. What changes is the data entry: the same information is no longer entered in several places.
How to start
Describe the task
Tell us about the problem and the process around it, in your own words. No specification is needed.
First analysis and an initial plan
We review your process and requirements at no charge. You receive a diagram of the process and an initial plan for the software.
A price for your project
The price is set after the analysis and agreed before development begins. It may change if the requirements change or the scope grows, and can be paid in stages.
