Who we are
This site belongs to HealedCode, which works from Odesa, Ukraine. Its founder, Sevastiian Stetsenko, is responsible for this site and for the work HealedCode takes on. The contract for a piece of work, the invoicing, and the legal details behind them are agreed with you before the work starts. Anything else you need to know about who you are dealing with, ask at hello@healed-code.com.
What this site is
It describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us. Nothing is sold here: there is no account to open, no payment to make and no service delivered through these pages. Work begins only after we have agreed it with you.
Using the site
You may read it and contact us about a project. Beyond that, we ask three things:
- use the site lawfully
- do not scrape it, copy it wholesale or point automated traffic at it
- do not interfere with how it works, or try to reach parts of it that are not published
What belongs to whom
The text, images and code on this site, and the HealedCode name and mark, are ours. The technology logos on the page belong to the companies behind them: they say what we build with, and nothing more than that.
What this site does not promise
The site is provided as it is. What it says about our work is general information, not an offer, and a message you send through the form is not a contract — a contract exists only once we have agreed one with you in writing. We are not responsible for a decision taken on the strength of these pages alone.
Links to other sites
One link leads away from this site: the page where you can put a call in the calendar. That page is run by another company, on its own terms, and what happens on it is not covered here.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when what it describes changes, and what you are reading is the current version.
Governing law
These terms cover the use of this website, which sells nothing and delivers nothing. The law that governs a piece of work, and where a disagreement about it would be settled, are agreed in the contract for that work — not fixed by this page.
