About HealedCode

HealedCode designs and develops custom software for businesses, starting from how each company actually works.

Who we are

A senior team. You work directly with the people who build.

  • No intermediaryWhoever reads your first message is one of the people who analyse your processes, write the code and hand over the work.
  • The team scales to the projectWhen a project needs more capacity, more of the team works on it, so its size is not limited by what one person can handle.
  • Analysis before codeEvery project starts with an analysis of how your company works, and the design is formed around what it finds.

  • Any industryFrom dental clinics to logistics and transport

What you own at delivery

Everything the project produced. Nothing is withheld, and nothing depends on our continued involvement:

  • the working system and its complete source code
  • the repository and infrastructure accounts, transferred to you, with the access you granted us revoked
  • a short guide for the people who operate it, and a handover call
  • your data — encrypted and backed up while we hold it, and portable, so it can be moved elsewhere

What we do not do

  1. we do not sell a ready-made product or fit your processes to a template
  2. we do not start from a predetermined solution — the analysis comes first, and it may conclude that something is not worth building
  3. we do not include support by default; it is a separate service agreed per project, and change requests are taken on without it
  4. we do not quote a price for your project before the analysis has defined the scope

What we build with

The technologies we build with, in the order a change passes through them. The stack is chosen per project and connects to the systems you already use.

  1. Services

The back-end services a CRM, a document workflow or a system of record runs on.

    • C# / .NET
    • Node.js
  2. Screens

The interfaces people use every day — internal services and dashboards, on desktop and on mobile.

    • TypeScript
    • React
    • Next.js
    • Vue.js
    • Vite
    • Tailwind CSS
    • Progressive web app
  3. Connections

Where the system connects to what is outside it: your existing tools, sign-in, outgoing email, and a language model for reading documents, with the final review always done by a person.

    • Telegram
    • Google Sheets
    • Stytch
    • Claude
    • Resend
  4. Proof

Before each release, the system passes automated tests of user flows and of the components beneath them.

    • Playwright
    • Vitest
  5. Release

How changes are packaged and released, the same way every time.

    • GitHub Actions
    • Cloudflare
    • Fly.io

How a project runs

Every project follows the same stages and begins with an analysis. The schedule is set from its findings; as a guide, a first prototype takes about a week, and production about a month.

How the first analysis works

What we take on

Business problems that software can solve: internal systems, process automation, integrations, operational platforms, management tools, custom applications and new software products. We work across industries, from dental clinics to logistics and transport companies, and no sector is excluded.

How to start

  1. Describe the task

Tell us about the problem and the process around it, in your own words. No specification is needed.

  2. First analysis and an initial plan

We review your process and requirements at no charge. You receive a diagram of the process and an initial plan for the software.

  3. A price for your project

The price is set after the analysis and agreed before development begins. It may change if the requirements change or the scope grows, and can be paid in stages.

We reply within 24 to 48 hours, in the order requests arrive.
